Cottage is located on Youghall Beach, Bathurst.
You would be renting the main-level unit, which was renovated last summer. The cottage has two bedrooms each with a double bed.
There is a large living area and kitchen. The sofa has a pull-out double bed, if you needed extra room for sleeping. Everything you need is there; stove, fridge, dishes, utensils, linens, towels, etc.
There is also a DVD player and TV with cable.
The front has plenty of parking space, and large pine trees for privacy. The back yard has a fire pit, picnic table, clothes line, and BBQ. The backyard is backed by Youghall Beach.
You are also minutes away from Bathurst Marina, and Aliston Park, which has many activities for Adults and Children, there is also a beautiful boardwalk and picnic area. Gowan Brae Golf Course is less than five minutes away. The center of Bathurst is less than ten minutes away.
Our cottage rents weekly from Sunday at 2pm until Sunday at noon. Weekly rates are $550.00, with a discount for multiple consecutive weeks. A 30% security deposit is required at time of booking, which can be paid by certified cheque, money order, or cash. The cottage is currently available from May until July 17th. We are getting a lot of inquires and bookings right now, so I would recommend booking early to get the dates you want.
