As soon as you step in the door you will be met with calming and soothing colors of the beach, sky & PEI red soil. Once you look out the window and see the beautiful water-view you will be hooked! So pretty and so relaxing. The Greenwich Beach and Greenwich PEI National Park is just 4 minutes down the road. You can't get much closer to this beach and have this view. The cottage is a 4 season home that can be enjoyed year round. It is private,quiet & peaceful. There are 2 bedrooms-1 queen,1 double,w/queen sofa bed in the living room. The living room is spacious with french doors leading to the sun-room and patio doors leading to the front deck. The Sun-room is a favorite room for most people with an oak dining table/chairs by a picture window to enjoy the water-view while you eat. There is also a cozy sitting area in the sun-room. The bathroom is a full 4 piece bath. The galley kitchen is very well equipped with cookware,bake ware, dishes, glasses, small appliances, full size refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave. There are in home laundry facilities with full size washer and dryer. The large yard has lost of room for outdoor activities and for children to play. There is a fire pit in the front yard and there is ample well lit parking. The large front deck has a patio set & many deck chairs to enjoy the beautiful view.
