The house is located in a tranquil setting in St. Andrews-by-the-Sea. The waterfront centre of town, only a 3 min drive or 15 min walk away, includes shops of all kinds, good restaurants and historical dwellings. Even closer, the internationally recognized golf course is only 300 m from my doorstep!
