Overlooking the fishing village of French River, Wild Goose Lodge is midway between Anne of Green Gables’ Cavendish and the town of Kensington on Prince Edward Island’s northern shore (click for directions). The lodge is a two storey log building with a Canada Select four star rating. A second floor open air deck offers a view of Prince Edward Island landscape that inspires peace and tranquility.
Wild Goose Lodge is a two-story log building with a 4-star Canada Select rating. The charming and traditional-style lodge includes five 2-bedroom deluxe housekeeping style units and one 3-bedroom deluxe housekeeping unit. Three two bedroom units are on the lodge's first floor.
Each unit consists of a master bedroom with a queen size bed with twin size beds in the other bedroom. Each unit has a queen hide-a-bed and a folding single bed, a tastefully appointed living room area, with a 25 inch colour TV, a fully equipped kitchen and full bath and shower.
