B&B accommodations in a registered Heritage Property.
The Cooper’s Inn is within easy reach of fine beaches, harbour tours, the pristine Roseway River system, a riverside golf course and the Shelburne historical museum complex.
For the history buff, our Bed & Breakfast Inn is situated on Shelburne's Walking Tour and across the street from an active cooper's shop, The Barrel Factory, where the craft is still practiced.
The house was built in 1784 by the Loyalist George Gracie, a merchant a ship-owner from Boston. He went on to sit as a representative in the first Legislative Assembly in Nova Scotia.
